Treblinka – A German Nazi Concentration and Extermination Camp is yet another place of memory and experience which is very important for societies and individuals. The site of the second largest Concentration and Extermination Camp after Auschwitz-Birkenau is another spot that will forever be associated with the horror of Holocaust. The Museum of Struggle & Martyrdom was opened here in 1964 and it is memorial to cruel events from World War II. The two camps were established here. Treblinka I was a forced labour camp where people, mostly Jews, were executed or died during merciless slave work. Treblinka II was an extermination camp where thousands of people were murdered over 1942 – 1943 in gas chambers. Our tour is one of these special experiences that will always stay in Your memory. A particular impression is made by the monumental cemetery created from 17,000 large boulders.
